Making the most of Tier 4 - Video Shoot

Tier 4, so that's practically lock down BUT - I can still go outside. So when looking for a video location, that's exactly what we did. The village of Wivenhoe near Colchester, has some of the prettiest river views and countryside walks, so what better location than on your own doorstep.

Granted, it was freezing! but we had fun. With my amazing fiancé as the camera man, we set off looking for inspiration and it didn't take long before we found some. In lower Wivenhoe, you will find St Mary's Church. It has lovely surroundings and is currently surrounded by all the Christmas lights, so it looks super pretty and atmospheric.

We then walked over to the river. Even with low tide, the views are still beautiful. Blue sky, crisp winter air and just enough sunshine to warm the side of your face. Very little acting required when taking in these views for the camera and standing looking around, it makes you realise the joy in the little things - the small moments in life that become our fondest memories.
