Event Planning Packages

Below is a list of ALL the planning services that Events and Moore UK provide. All our services are
optional, allowing the client to personalise their package to their exact requirements.

Invitation Design
(Included as a FREE extra)
Clients can choose from a free design of one of the following:
Save the Date cards / Invitations / Table Place Names / Order of Service / Welcome Sign etc.
Designs are digitally designed, specifically for the event at no extra cost.
A Jpeg/PDF image will be sent to client for approval with 1 x round of alterations included in the
price. All other rounds of alterations are £10 per round.
Client just needs to cover cost of printing and delivery.

Venue Research
Searching for a venue can seem quite daunting when there are so many fabulous sites to choose
from. Events and Moore UK will research suitable venues based upon your specific venue requests &
requirements (including accommodation). A list of suitable venues that are available on the
requested date (if applicable) will be sent to the client for short listing. Events and Moore UK will
arrange site visits for you and can be present at these visits if requested (travel expenses not
included for site visits).

Venue Booking
Once the venue has been chosen, Events and Moore UK will take care of the booking process and
forward on any invoice deposits to the client, so the booking can be confirmed. Events and Moore
UK will deal with all aspects included in the venue hire including set up, catering (if in-house), and
venue contracts.

Catering
Food is a very important part of an event, so it’s important to source the right caterers. Events and
Moore UK will research caterers based on the requirements for your event. A shortlist can be drawn
up and menu tasting can be organised (if this is something the caterers offer). Events and Moore UK
will work with the chosen caterers to finalise all finer details on the client’s behalf including timings on
the day, final numbers, and any dietary requirements.

Cake
Most events are not complete without a cake, and who doesn’t enjoy a slice of cake. There are some
amazing suppliers that can work their magic and create some stunning designs based upon almost
anything the client has in mind. Events and Moore UK can research suppliers that specialise in the
clients chosen theme and preferences and then share these with the client. All details and contracts
will be dealt with on the client’s behalf.

Entertainment
Entertainment can make a great event into an epic event so, whether you are looking for a magician, a
pianist, a tribute artist or a band, Events and Moore UK will research entertainers that fit the bill and bring
the vibe you are looking to create. Events and Moore UK will then negotiate prices with entertainers, draw
up and finalise contracts, and confirm timings for the day.

Decoration
There are many options available when it comes to décor. Balloons, banners, flowers, photos, and many
more. With your colour scheme and personal preferences in mind, Events and Moore UK will research and
send over digital examples and ideas to the client. Once various decorations have been approved, Events
and Moore UK will book all decorations and liaise with the supplier or suppliers on the finer details, including
contracts and timings.

Additional Extras
Some client’s like to really go for it when it comes to extras for their guests. So, whether it’s a photo booth,
donut wall, chocolate fountain, casino table, sweet trolley or party bags, Events and Moore UK can research
creative ideas, liaise with suppliers and finalise contracts, and bring that extra bit of sparkle to your event.
 

Photography
Catching those special moments at an event is truly special and creates memories that last a lifetime, so
hiring the right photographer is very important. Events and Moore UK will research photographers and their
styles to make they fit with your vision, alongside sorting out all details and contracts on behalf of the client.
 

Videography
Another way to capture those special moments and the vibe of an event, is to hire a videographer. Most
videographers will offer a package that includes a highlights video, doing just that. Highlighting all the epic
moments in a short feature film, all focused on your event. Events and Moore UK can research
videographers on behalf of the client and share examples of their work before finalising details and
contracts.

Set Up / Clean Up
Setting up and packing down an event can take a lot of time, and when an event comes to an end, the last
thing most clients want to do is start stacking chairs and clearing tables.
Events and Moore UK has a team available for event setup and pack down. This allows the client to totally
relax and enjoy the event, without having to worry about anything other than enjoying themselves. This
option is useful for events that are held at venues without onsite staff to clear up after an event, set up
chairs/tables etc.

On the day - Management
Angie will be present to manage all aspects of your event during the setup, right through to after the event.
This includes liaising with caterers, florist, hairdressers, photographers, and entertainment. Angie will be
present throughout the day and be on hand to take care of everything. This option can be tailored, if the
client only requires Angie to management setup and packing down.
 

**Please Note**
For smaller parties, clients may wish to manage their own guest list and pass on dietary requirements to
the event planner nearer the time. For larger parties, the below option can be a big time saver for clients.
 

RSVP Management
All RSVPs can be sent to Events and Moore UK. This will enable a list to be complied of all your guests
attendance, details, and dietary requirements for caterers. Events and Moore UK can therefore keep a
detailed record of the guest list on the clients behalf
